My room exceeded my expectations. I was leery about booking because of the reviews but when I arrived I was surprised by the cleanliness, ambience and the staff. The front desk agent saw that it was my birthday and upgraded my room to a suite with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely book again!

The staff at the front desk especially Carlo and in the restaurant especially Raquel. The location was good for us and the service dog policy was amenable for my business partner who is a retired wounded US Army Veteran.

The hotel is in nice place, but it have not received the refund for safety deposit 100$ . I have checked out 17th of February and now is March 6th. I have called a several times to reception to inform them about this situation, but all answers I get is we have released the funds. The guy who I was talking to on phone was not nice either. These are the reasons why I cannot recommend this hotel.
